Walking In summer, the Saas Valley has a network of over 100km of the most spectaculer walking trails in the Alps, taking the walker from the valley floor to the icy summit zones of the mountains. The rambler will become well acquainted with the unique mountain world when he sees the flora and fauna which abound.Rodelbobbahn Feeblitz Rodelbobbahn - a toboggan on rails. For anyone that has ever considered the famous Cresta Run at St. Moritz, this is a similar experience but without the danger of crashing.Adverture Forest An aerial assault course through the forest canopy where you will view nature from a different angle. Participants must overcome a variety of aerial obstacles and suspension bridges in order to move from tree to tree. The experience also includes two spectaculer Tyrolean Traverses from the heart of the Adventure Forest and high above the yawning Fee Gorge!Gorge Alpine Canyoning without the water! The adventure route takes you throught the wild-fissured ravine between Saas Fee and Saas Grund. By means of Tyrolean Traverses, suspension bridges, aerial ropeways, and steel cables, participants descend the Fee Gorge between Saas Fee and Saas Grund. High points of the commitment are the aerial ropeway and pendulum course. In due course one reaches Saas Grund where a taxi will return you to your starting point or accommodation. |
