The catalyst show high efficient in the hydrolytic kinetic resolution of various racemic terminal epoxides to obtain high optically pure terminal one even under very low catalyst loading.
Some terminal epoxides are as follows:
R1 = H、CH3、CH2Cl、CH2Br、CH2F、CH2(CH2)mCH3或CH2(CH2)mH=CH2， m = 0~12；
R2 = H、CH3、Cl、Br、NO2或OCH3；
R3 = CH3、C(CH3)3、Ph、Bn或naphthyl
